The reservations process takes two stages. Once we receive the completed Reservation Request form, we will put the requested car on a temporary hold for you. We will contact you with the confirmation and requesting your credit card information. confirmations are normally given 24 - 48 hours after the rental request has been received. Once payment has been made your rental voucher will be mailed to you. For rentals within 14 days vouchers will be faxed.
