This tourist complex is on the outskirts of the capital and is part of the sports facilities built in 1991 for the Pan-American Games. It is close to Santa Maria beach, in the fishing village of Cojimar, the setting of Hemingway’s novel The Old Man and the Sea. It consists of a hotel and two apartment hotels, both just steps from the beach. 81 air-conditioned rooms with radio, telephone, and color TV.
