IMPORTANT: Pricing for all Oceanview (and higher) categories will increase by $100 USD for the first and second in the cabin for all cabins not under deposit by July 29, 2005. Priority consideration for possible complimentary upgrades will be given to those who have paid their deposits the earliest.

GETTING TO THE CRUISE:
AIR:In conjunction with Costa Cruises we offer competitive pricing on flights connecting with the cruise. These prices include round trip transfers between the airport and the ship.) >From Toronto the flight is $369 USD. Taxes are $46.74 USD. DRIVE YOURSELF: The Midport Parking Garage at Port Everglades offers parking at $12 USD per day. We can also book you into a hotel for the night before the cruise which would provide free parking while you are away and a free shuttle to and from the cruise.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

$100 USD per person deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due on November 20, 2005.

INSURANCE
Once paid, deposits and final payments are non-refundable. For this reason, the purchase of insurance is highly recommended in case you have to cancel your trip or cut your trip short because you, or one of your family/travelling companions, becomes ill, has death in the family, or is called to jury duty. Prices listed below are in Canadian dollars and apply to people living in Canada. U.S. citizens should contact A. Nash Travel for a quote for package tour insurance rates that would apply to them. Pricing is per person.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Insurance must be purchased at the time of, and in conjunction with, the non-refundable deposit of the trip.

Pre-existing Condition Exclusion may apply for Emergency Excess Hospital & Medical Expense and/or Trip Cancellation.

In the event of cancellation prior to departure client must contact A. Nash Travel and the insurance company on the day the event occurred that caused the cancellation.

If cancellation is due to Sickness, reimbursement is for penalties on the date of ultimate diagnosis.

This insurance is for Canadian residents only. Passengers must be covered by a Provincial or Territorial health plan for the full period of coverage or Emergency Excess Hospital and Medical Coverage is only limited to $3,000.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

In the event of cancellation prior to departure the insured must notify A. Nash Travel and the insurance company on the day the Cause of Cancellation occurs. Prexisting Conditions Exclusion applies.
