1st day, Monday (Havana), Dinner
Arrival to Havana. Accommodation for 3 nights at the selected hotel. Dinner at the hotel.

2nd day, Tuesday (Havana), Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Breakfast in the Hotel. Visit to the Morro Cabana Park. The tour continues to St Francisco de Assis Square and its beautiful Fountain of the Lions. The walking tour of Old Havana includes the Old Square recently restored with its old palaces housing Art Galleries and Cultural Institutions, Cathedral Square and the Bar-Restaurant, La Bodeguita del Medio. Follow Mercaderes St to the Ambos Mundos Hotel where the famous writer Ernest Hemingway used to live during his first visits to Cuba. The Tour continues to The Arms square and the Place of the Captains General where you will discover the great pages of Cuban History and the live art of those golden centuries. Lunch at La Barca restaurant. The tour then proceeds by bus to visit the Havana Club Rum Museum, where you will learn about the history of the sugar cane and the brewing process of the well known Cuban rum. You will even have a chance to taste it. The panoramic tour then moves on to the Malecon (Havana Seawall) and modern Havana: The Revolution Square, Havana Central Park, the Capitol Building (constructed very similar to the one in Washington), Gran Teatro de la Havana and Havana University. Return to the hotel. Dinner at El Aljibe Restaurant.

3rd day, Wednesday (Havana / Viñales / Havana), Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Breakfast in the hotel. Departure by air-conditioned bus to the Viñales Valley in Pinar del Río, the most Western province of Cuba, where the best tobacco in the world is grown. Visit to a cigar factory to view world famous Cuban cigars being made. Enjoy exotic landscapes with valleys and Royal Palms, Cuba’s national tree. Visit to Finca Paraiso where you will be able to see the process of seeding, growing, sawing and drying the tobacco leaves. The tour continues with a visit to the Indian Cave and tour in a boat around its underground river . Lunch at a local restaurant. Sightseeing of the Prehistory Mural, which are paintings over the oldest rocks in the island made by the most famous Cuban painters. Stop at Los Jazmines to enjoy the most beautiful view of the Valley. Return to Havana. Dinner at the hotel and free night.

4th day, Thursday (Havana / Cienfuegos / Trinidad), Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Early departure to Cienfuegos City. Visit the farm Fiesta Campesina, the first contact with the endemic flora and fauna of the Zapata Swamps region. The tour continues to the Cienfuegos region which is located over the south coast of Cuba, Arrival in Cienfuegos and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Walking tour of the city where you can admire this unique city founded by French settlers in the 19th Century. The city is located next to the bay that gives its name to the city. Admire the neoclassical constructions and its beautiful boulevards. Visit the Palacio de Valle, Marti Park, Tomas Terry Theatre and the City’s cathedral. Continue on to Trinidad where you will check in to your all inclusive resort on the Ancon Peninsula. Dinner at the hotel. Enjoy the after dinner show.

5th day, Friday (Trinidad), Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Breakfast at the hotel. Panoramic tour of Trinidad, one of the first towns in Cuba founded by the Spanish settlers in the 16th century, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Visit the Iglesia Parroquial Mayor, the Church of Santisima Trinidad, the Mayor Square and the Burnet Count Palace, nowadays the Museo Romantico. Visit La Canchanchara Bar and sample a cocktail by the same name. Lunch at a nearby restaurant. Trinidad is a live history book with a colonial architecture miraculously preserved , the houses with tiled roofs and stone paved streets . You will by charmed by the contrast of the colours of this Village to green Escambray mountains around. Return to the hotel and dinner at the hotel. Free night.

6th day, Saturday (Trinidad – Camaguey), Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Breakfast at the hotel. Then depart for Camaguey. Enroute visit the plantation of Manaca Iznaga and the Valley of the Geniuses . You will be able to see how things were in a sugar factory back in the 18th century. After the visit you can climb the 42 meter tower to enjoy the beautiful landscape of the valley. Lunch at Campana de Toledo Restaurant. In the afternoon a tour of Camaguey including a visit to the Nuestra Senora de la Merced, a church which is now a national monument of Ignacio Agramonte, one of the national heroes of the struggle against the Spanish, and Plaza del Carmen, an intimate cobbled square featuring unique life sized ceramic sculptures of Camagueynos going about their daily business.

7th day, Sunday (Camaguey – Santiago de Cuba), Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Breakfast at the hotel before departing for Santiago. En route stop and visit the city of Bayamo. Panoramic tour of its historic centre. Lunch at La Bodega Restaurant. Our next stop will be the village of El Cobre to visit the stunning Basilica de Nuestra Senora del Cobre. Included as a visit to the “room of miracles” which contains thousands of offerings giving thanks for favours bestowed by the virgin. The most notable is a small golden guerilla fighter donated by Lina Ruz, Castro’s mother, to protect her two sons, Fidel and Raoul, during their Sierra Maestra campaign against Batista. Dinner will be served upon your arrival in Santiago. Evening free.

8th day, Monday (Santiago de Cuba), Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Breakfast at the hotel before a tour of the city of Santiago. Visits include Necropolis de Santa Efigenia, where Jose Marti, Cuba’s national hero is buried; Panoramic tour of the Plaza Antonio Maceo and the Museum July 26. Walk through the center of this historic city, Parque Cespedes, the Cathedral, Casa Diego Velasquez, Calle Padre Pico Street and Plaza Dolores Heredia. Visit Morro Fortress, located at the entrance to the bay. Lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon free for your own exploring. Dinner at the hotel before attending the night show at La Casa de la Trova, Santiago’s shrine to the power of traditional music which is still going strong and continues to attract big names such as Buena Vista Social Club singer, Eliades Ochoa.

9th day, Tuesday (Santiago de Cuba – Baracoa), Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Breakfast at the hotel before departure for Baracoa. Enroute visit of the city of Guantanamo including a visit to the Haitian cultural center. Tumba Francesa. This is a great place to hear the music and dance styles evolved by the Haitians. Also visit Casa del Changui. Changui is one of the main musical styles in the area. It is a variation of son music that developed in the coffee plantations in the mountains. Lunch at La Lupe Restaurant. Continue to Baracoa. Dinner at hotel. Evening free.

10th day, Wednesday (Baracoa), Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Walking tour through Baracoa, the first settlement of the Spaniards in the Americas and the first capital of the island of Cuba. The tour includes the church of Nuestra Senora de la Concepcion, famous for the “Cruz de la Parra”, planted by Christopher Colombus, the oldest symbol of the Christian religion in Cuba. Also visit Fuerte Matchin which guards the eastern entrance to the old town. It is now a museum with interesting displays of the history of Baracoa. Then we will visit Finca Duaba, a plantation where bananas, coconuts, cocoa, mangos and coffee are grown. Learn how chocolate is made from the cocoa bean. Lunch at the plantation. After lunch spend some time on the beautiful beach at Maguana before returning to the hotel for dinner. Lunch at Rancho Toa where you will have a traditional Cuban feast. Optional afternoon cruise excursion on the Rio Toa, an important bird and plant habitat. Dinner at the hotel. Evening free for exploring.

11th day, Thursday (Baracoa – Havana), Breakfast, Lunch

Breakfast at the hotel. At 7.15 a.m. transfer to the airport for your 9.15 a.m. flight back to Havana.
